Thank You

Wow, I can't believe this is it. After seven years at XL 96 and nearly 8 with Newcap Broadcasting, the time is right for me and my family to take on a new challenge in Ontario. While we are excited about what lies ahead, it has been a hard day facing the fact that I am leaving my home here in Moncton and here at XL 96. I truly believe this is the best place in the world. It's a community that cares, and that is hard to come by. The people here always band together to look after others, no matter what. That is truly a precious thing and it's been a beautiful thing to watch. It's been a real thrill for me to work here, near my home town and with family and friends watching and listening. We have the greatest listeners in the whole world here, you have looked out for us and supported us, through the fun, but also through some difficult times. Words can't express my gratitude. I've been blessed to work with some of the best people in the business during my years here in Moncton. Thanks to each and every one of you. You've made me a better person and a better broadcaster. Terry, you are a rock, you've stuck by me, put up with me and made the Big Breakfast what it is. I can never thank you enough. My family. You guys are the most important people in the whole world to me. Thanks for loving and supporting me always. Now you can stop worrying that I'm going to spill all your secrets on the air. Gosh, I really do feel like I've just won an Oscar or something and this is the speech. Cue the music.....
